"Hotel property and service staff were excellent. Unfortunately even after providing my credit card at check-in I was not allowed to charge to my room (very annoying). Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. The hotel was Good but not Excellent. "

"We really like this hotel. It was within walking distance to the sights of London. There was some quirkiness about the hotel. Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep.
