"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it should have been. "

"I booked the "superior" twin room. The size of the room was ok, everything was clean and the shower was ok. There's no kettle in the room, but there's a vending machine for drinks in the lounge, however with below average coffee. We had read reviews regarding breakfast but decided to go for it anyway ... Don't bother. Not only it isn't great, you have to bring lattes or cappuccinos from the vending machine, otherwise you'll need to pay for those. The offer is toast with butter and jam or cheese, a croissant, orange or apple juice (you only get 4 items per person). The staff at reception were polite and friendly, but the ladies doing breakfast not so much.... And they forgot our order (it's not a buffet). Overall, a below average B&B. "

"Price is fair. Good location for transit connections, restaurants, grocery stores. Safe. Walkable to main tourist sites. Everything clean, everything works, including small kitchenette, fridge. No lift, steep stairs to upper floors only negative. Given London prices 100 pound per night was a good value IMO."

"Check in process didn't work on my phone had to do it on a laptop .no reception on site you have to whats app .so I had go to a pub next door to check in as I couldn't get in the property without checking in.property is fine,clean nothing special."

"Very welcoming reception and excellent service. They upgraded me from a single to a double. The room was very clean and easily passed a dust test. Although small this was expected from other reviews would suggest removing the chair from the table as this is completely unusable as it doesn't pull back to the bed far enough to sit in. Air conditioning worked quickly to cool the room. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits and water provided. As other reviews mention the bed was the only let down as was as firm as a plank. Fixed this by using a double quilt folded in two. Breakfast is buffet type and was excellent with both a hot and continental selection. There was a short wait for a table but nothing dramatic and sometimes you get it just right other times you go down with everyone else. Over all a great stay at an excellent price. Hyde park was literally out the hotel turn right past one building cross the road into the park. Queensway tube is the closest out hotel turn right past one building turn right walk about four buildings cross road into tube station."

"Good location with an easy check-in. Was able to store our luggage since we arrived early. Had a room with a double bed be aware room is very small, including the bathroom. You must really like the person you’re with to share it."
