"Location: Excellent! The hotel is a 10–12-minute walk from Victoria Station. Within a two-block radius, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and other conveniences. The street is very safe and well-lit, making it a great location.
Staff: The person who checked me in was not particularly helpful. However, the weekend manager (an Eastern European lady whose name I unfortunately forgot) was amazing, professional, and welcoming. Thomas, the Head of Maintenance, was also outstanding, accommodating, and always willing to help.
Accessibility: This hotel is best suited for travelers with light luggage, as there are no elevators—only stairs. If you’re staying on the second or third floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Cleanliness: The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very well-kept.
Rooms and Amenities: The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. Two people may find the space quite cramped, depending on their size and luggage. There is also no closet or dresser with drawers, so storage space is very limited. The bathroom is extremely small—think airplane bathroom! That said, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding, towels, and toiletries were all good quality.
Overall: A great location, a clean and well-maintained property, and some truly excellent staff members. Just be aware of the small rooms, compact bathroom, limited storage space, and lack of an elevator when booking."
