“타임스퀘어 및 주변 지역에서는 조금 떨어져있지만, 자유의여신상 페리를 타는 배터리파크나 911메모리얼&뮤지엄, 원타워 등은 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 싼 것은 아니지만 뉴욕 맨하탄에 있는 것을 감안하면 적당하다고 생각됩니다. 조식은 종류가 많지않고, 엘리베이터가 2대밖에없는데 사람들이 몰려 오전 9~10시 사이에 엘레베이터를 이용하는 것이 어려울 수 있습니다.”
