“사람들은 친절했고 시설도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았습니다 다만 몇몇 서비스가 서툰 직원들이 있었고 해변 모래 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다 그리고 이탈리안레스토랑과 아시안레스토랑은 좀 더 메뉴 개발이 필요합니다”

“Property was clean. I just wished it had 24hr room service. I also did not like that my room was in a building far from the most popular amenities.. It is all fun and party Wednesdays to Mondays. Tuesdays is very chill, so if you want non-stop party, your best bet is to checkout Tuesday morning”

“This stay was a lovely family weekend stay overall. The biggest issue for us was the buffet. It was average, repetitive, had no flow to the order (eg: no ketchup at kids nugget station/no milk by breakfast station) There was a lack of ice cream flavours and overall desserts for kids. “The staff were very lackluster in their interaction. The restaurants were good.”

“This resort has excellent amenities and entertainment for the entire family. The food and service from the staff are also good.”

“The resort is filled with thieves, and everyone acts like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. The customer service is horrible, I definitely spent way too much at this place, also make sure you read every single thing before booking because nothing is "all inclusive" like its advertised here.”

“Let’s started with the hotel is clean and nice! One morning at breakfast with my husband eating there pancakes he was eating plastic bag. He had to bring it up back and swallow a small piece. I show the hotel manager they handle the situation poorly. After spending $1100 for 2 nights I would expect better from them.”
