"Had a very good experience at this hotel.....we arrived very early in the morning, around 6:30 am, exhausted and very sleepy, and the staff very graciously let us rest in a room from 9:00 am until our room was ready. "The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."
"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "

Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room.
