โRoom was great, we had a desk, sofa and lots of extra floor space for the 3 of us to move around each other. Hot tub was running beautifully and we used it both nights. It had a privacy fence but was in the middle of the parking lot. Staff let us stay an extra 15 min when we arrived late from dinner. We were only a five minute drive from the downtown historic shopping district, where we had some great meals. โ
โJames checked me in and put a smile on my face just by being friendly. The room is great and parking is convenient. The AC works, it just needed an hour to get cranking. There's a cool stream nearby. The area is walkable; James recommended Fridas, an excellent Mexican restaurant about 3-4 blocks up the road. Great margaritas and tacos and excellent salsa, an easy walk. The trolley that moves people around town has a stop right here. The wifi is a little slow - but you're in Durango, go outside!โ
โThis is the second stay here. Both have been great. Office personnel are great, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I Would recommend staying here. โ

โThis place is exceptional! It exceeded all expectations. I have stupidly told at least 20 friends about it and now when I go to book I won't be able to get a cottage because of our my blokes will be choking it off. All the same, very high praises to James and Leslie. I just cannot imagine a more calm, peaceful, enchanting and even romantic place than this. We'll definitely go back!โ

โComfortable, clean room. Very friendly & accommodating front desk staff. Great location. Good hot breakfast selection. Loved sitting outdoors at the attached tavern. Would like to commend Chasity who was one of our morning breakfast hostesses. She was so friendly & started our day off with a smile! Would definitely stay here again ๐โ
