"Have stayed here multiple times and it is a great place for families. Many kids activities, spacious rooms, a nice pool, a restaurant with pretty good food and drink options. They do have 1 major issue and that is they don't allow kids under 16 in the hot tub. Even if with their parents. Even if it’s cold outside. Even if no one else is in there. Never seen anything like it anywhere else and it is strictly enforced. It is a 5 star place but while this rule remains in place they will only get 4."

"Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?” I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude."
