“Lovely big room which was spotless and as I had booked the hotel for my son’s birthday there were balloons in his room a lovely Happy Birthday msg on the mirror and two drinks vouchers what a lovely gesture from the hotel. Apparently the breakfast was excellent my son and his girlfriend were very happy 😁”

“Large panoramic room on the 12th floor with great views of Cardiff in 2 directions. Our friends booked a suite for only £30 more and it was about double the size, on the 15th floor, that’s what we’re booking next time! Clean room and complementary water and chocolate on arrival, plus a useful fridge, without all the unnecessary mini-bar contents. Disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance.”

“The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . ”

“Room was clean and comfortable, the staff all very friendly and helpful. The menu choices for breakfast was very good and food came out hot, the continental option was also fresh. Spa facilities clean and adequate for what we wanted. Would go again. ”
