Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. “Perfect stay! The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Theres 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1st floor has a cool outdoor shower). The pools were amazing, especially the rooftop pool with stunning jungle sunsets and hawks flying overhead. There’s also a convenience store that is a short 5 minute walk from the complex.
