“Lots of construction going on on. Jackhammers at breakfast. Paint fumes coming through AC from room next door on last night. Many resultants closed on different nights, hard to keep track of what’s available. And pushy pressure to sit through presentation for silly Hyatt travelers club that was super annoying but at least led to nice credit to spend on tour. Otherwise gorgeous place with lovely staff and fees for a family vacation.”

“I loved everything about VR club tulum. The staff was very welcoming and kind and polite. Pools are great. The beach had seaweed, but that’s out of any humans control—Mother Nature! The only thing is that the shower water doesn’t get very hot but it’s still warm. Also, it was my birthday and my dads and they gave a cute cake with a cute decoration on the bed. I can’t wait to go back!!!”

“I would highly recommend the resort for anyone wanting to get away from crowds at larger resorts. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food and the views were top notch. There is plenty to do especially for divers and fisherman.”
