"Quedamos muy contentos con nuestras vacaciones en dreams tulum la comida muy rica la atención muy buena la animación espectacular muy buen trabajo el de los chicos eric y rony los muchachos de la barra los de la mesa bufet los de el restaurant francés el chico del hibachi , en fin mi familia y yo quedamos muy complacidos. "We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"

"Overall had a good experience staying here but my room was so far from the restaurants and was a great deal of walking. It was hard to get a drink at the swim up bar but they do an incredible job at cleaning up and keeping things in order. Very friendly and helpful staff. I did not like that there was not more fans or AC in areas of the hotel. It made it almost unbearable at times. I also think that there should be more maps around the hotel to help you navigate it and I found some shortcuts that I wish I would’ve known sooner. I think they should have more communication and signs to point you in the right direction of where you need to go."

"We were absolutely amazed by this property and our experience here with a group of 14 family members (ages 1-66). Apart from the beautiful buildings and grounds, the selection of food and its quality was superb! I truly had no idea an all-inclusive resort could provide such outstanding service and meals. We stayed in the Family Selection Resort and with a dedicated butler, all of our needs and questions were easily met and answered. The photo session and pricing options for our family pictures was amazing! I cannot recommend this resort more highly - every single one of us want to return!"

"My family and I ( husband and three grandkids) had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Maya and it surpassed all our expectations! We stayed in the Tropical area and all facilities were easy to access to by pathways or by shuttle. Pools are beautiful and each one has its own all inclusive bar. The kids area is right in the middle by the pools so it easy to watch your kids from the pools. The beach is right behind the pools and has plenty of palm trees if you want shade while sitting or lying on the lounge chairs. The all inclusive buffet was just marvelous! Plenty of options for everyone, spacious dinning rooms and attentive servers! There are many amenities for the whole family to be entretenied during the day and night. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and kept clean daily. Beautiful gardens with some lizzards that is fun to spot on while walking with the kids. We would love to come back definetly!!"
