“Small hotel, well kitted out rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Sea view rooms have great views of the sea and the pier. Short walk to the beach or the shopping areas and The Lanes. Have stayed there many times and never disappointed. Only thing to be aware of is”

“Central location to everywhere and great facility to dine in or dine out. Clean and reasonable costs.”

“The sea view was absolutely lovely, the bed was comfortable and the hotel itself has some really nice features. However, there are areas of the hotel that are looking quite tired and in need of some attention. Our room, for example, had a large section of plaster missing from the wall above the window. When you’re paying good money for a hotel stay, you expect the room to be maintained to a decent standard, and this really let it down. I also think the spa charges need to be made much clearer....

“Facilities & services are good. But a serious problem is the WiFi can’t connect, even have ask the staff to help but can’t be fix”

“Nice room with fantastic view of the West Pier and a large comfortable bed. Lovely staff at Reception, bar and at breakfast - very friendly and helpful. Good cooked breakfast and pastries. Would stay again.”
