"This hotel is an excellent location for Central London. It was a couple of minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground Station. The foyer was lovely and I liked that you could check yourself in. The lift was so slow, we ended up walking up the stairs to get to our floor. All the corridors look the same and there wasn't too much in the way of signs to point you in the right direction. The room was OK, it could definitely do with a revamp it felt a bit drab. The beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow on each bed, when we asked for more pillows there were none to be found. How can a hotel not have extra pillows. The window had a venetian blind on the inside which you couldn't get to so it was open all night, letting in the light from the street lights. There were no plug sockets by the beds. Everything just felt very dated."

"Very disappointing. Had booked the studio double room. Were given a basement room with no separate kitchenette or facilities listed on the description of our room type such as a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, hob, wardrobe. Having looked on the website it appears we were given a sleep zone double basement windowless room. Arrived late with my 5 year old daughter after a full day in London and she just wanted to go to bed so I didn’t have the time or energy to speak with the staff and ask to change the room to reflect what we had booked and subsequently paid for. "
