I pretty much stayed in many hotels in Hanoi over the years including Metropole and JW Marriott. This hotel gives a good value for the money when I travel for work in Hanoi center and don't need much amenities.

The room is old but clean. The location is excellent close to everything with walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Late check out was not ridiculous prices either. Great location, quiet at night can’t really hear the city which was a problem at the last hotel I stayed in the old quarter

A part of the panorama view one can get from the observation deck on level 65 of Hanoi Lotte Center. Entrance fee is around $11 during daytime and $6 during nighttime. The place has food and coffee shops, souvenir stores and some photo booths. There's also a free sky walk space. The fee maybe a bit high, but the place is definitely one to visit in Hanoi
