“Room was okay, carpets looked outdated and table had rust. Bed sheets were clean which was important.”

“커피나 음료가 무료에 객실, 샤워실 다 넓고 깨끗해서 이만한 곳이 없을만큼 만족스럽습니다. 로비 직원분들도 정말 친절해요!”

“The cost and the package was not very clear. I didn’t know that the parking was additional. Otherwise, the hotel is located in downtown Santa Cruz, lots of options for food, grocery, and shopping. The room was decent, instant hot water, a welcome package, and coffee. I front desk when we had checked in was late, so no wait on checking in. On check out, it was noon, but no one was at front desk… so not much I can provide with that info. Overall, the stay was nothing out of this world. Above...

“This is a well portioned property and the suits are spacious which is great. It is a “beach” type property which means it needs to be maintained well to avoid moisture issues. The jacuzzi tub jets were dated and not clean. The hotel could use updating and the automated room messaging needs tuning to give accurate information. The breakfast was adequate with minimal meat choice. Overall, not a bad place to stay but not the best either. If you need the room space the beds and suite were good...

“Always a great stay! Our second time staying here on our yearly Santa Cruz trip and it was great as always!”

“첫 숙박지라 걱정했는데 몬터레이보다 조용한 카피톨라를 택한게 좋았어요 한적한 마을이지만 근처에 큰 몰이 있는데 저는 칠리스에서 저녁먹고 체크인했어요 여행중 숙소로 베스트웨스틴이 많았는데 페어필드가 더 좋다네요”

“Room was amazing. Sally the concierge was helpful with getting flowers to the room and Massages scheduled. Fireplace going with the crash of the waves below made for a perfect relaxing weekend”

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“Great places. It's very relaxing and quiet.”

“It's place to park yourself and enjoy santa cruz”
