"The staff were fantastic! A special shout-out to Tony, Bobby, and Long, who were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful, the location was perfect, and our room was huge. Having a double balcony was a lovely bonus. There is construction nearby, and at night we could hear people calling out “massage, massage, massage” from across the road, along with the Bao Bun drivers. This is outside the hotel’s control, so I haven’t factored it into my rating, but it did make sleeping difficult. Providing earplugs was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I’d give this hotel 4 out of 5, especially because of the excellent staff."

"We stayed 5 nights at the Furama with our kids 13&17. I’d been wanting to stay here for years and this was our first time visiting central Vietnam. The resort is nice, the beach is nice, and we were very grateful to have been upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom pool villa on check in which we appreciated, and so did the kids. It was absolutely huge! Shout out to our Butler Hieu, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure to check in on us every day, helped us with furniture re-arranging, pillows, buggies to the main resort, pickleball… etc. (Thankyou 🙏) All the staff were great. The resort is compact with the main resort separate from the villas, about a 10 min walk from our villa to main resort reception. The villas has its own beach area, restaurant (great breakfast), pool and bar, but we were there in low season so it felt a bit empty and there was more going on at the other side so that is where we ended up. The weather may have played its part, it rained 3 of the 5 days which was a bit of a dampener. The room was big but a bit soulless. Not much decoration, artwork, etc and there wasn’t really anywhere comfortable to relax with the doors open by our private pool and the couches and chairs were all uncomfortable. So it meant we never really felt inclined to chill in the room. It was also not private to the villa next door who could see straight into our lounge/pool and us into theirs, So our stay was ok, but probably didn’t meet our (admittedly, high) expectations"

"Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book."
