"Shout out to Ulysses at the front desk! We had a minor issue with our room and he personally took care of the issue and even provided a nice incentive to make up for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind it is a very large hotel so there is going to be some waiting for the elevators, etc, but I felt that they were very attentive and helpful. There is a wonderful park in the back behind the hotel and there is a CVS and gourmet grocery store nearby. You can easily walk to all the amenities. Will definitely stay here again."
