"Room was pretty neat. Had a vibe to it. Almost a haunted 1930s vibe in the room I stayed in. Only complaint was the air conditioning. Couldn't keep up on the 11th floor. Throughout the night it caught up. Bathroom was nice, very clean. Pool would of been nice. Within walking distance to the main attractions. Da Bears, Field Museum, Planterium, Aquarium, Cloud whatever(the bean), and the Love and Marriage fountain."

"I am from the Chicagoland area and I am in the city often. I did not know this hotel even existed. My two four-year olds and I had a GREAT time, especially because of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub situation! What a blast! The room was clean and spacious and the balcony was great for the kids. I will definitely return here soon!"

"We love this hotel for our Chicago visits. The service is great—really helpful and friendly staff. I requested late check out last minute and they accommodated us with no problem. All the staff are really kind. The location is phenomenal; it’s basically right on Michigan Avenue. For Harry Potter fans, the Chicago Harry Potter store is right outside the doors of the Omni on Michigan. Very walkable to the river and other adventures. The hotel is well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and great for families. All the rooms are suites with large bathrooms and a separate king bedroom and fold out couch/TV room. There are French doors that separate the two spaces. The beds are very comfortable, too. Free water bottles are provided in the rooms. There’s also a mini fridge and free WiFi included."

"I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—right along the river and within walking distance of many of Chicago’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the city. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The standard check-in is at 3 pm but when I arrived at 11 am the staff was able to give me a room upon my arrival. My entire stay smooth and enjoyable."
