“If you are looking for a clean place to stay close to Downtown Cleveland, choose this hotel. Everyone is super friendly and the housekeepers really go out of their way to accommodate you and any requests you may have (we wanted extras pillows and towels). There is a free breakfast and the wifi worked great. We were very comfortable here and will stay again when in Cleveland. ”
