"Book this resort! The place is gorgeous. The staff go above and beyond. I have stayed in numerous resorts and this one, by far, exceeded every expectation. Our concierge, Marlon, was excellent and did everything possible to make sure we were happy. Karen, Karla, Angel and the rest of the staff greet you every day and are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The place smells clean. Food is delicious and plentiful. The drinks are on point. The beach was free of sargassum. The staff really makes this resort and it outshines all others. You will not regret booking this beautiful place."

"Property is beautiful. Swimming pools and amenities were great. Rooms were clean and spacious with great a/c Mini bar stocked daily. Booking the themed restaurants wasn’t easy. A few were closed for refurbs and some not open for half the week. Getting a table was hard as they seem to save a lot of them for the members they have. You do get hassled quite regularly by some of the concierge especially to go to membership/timeshare meetings with the promise they will book you a table if you go."

"We liked that we could travel to all the other properties on the resort via the double decker bus. We did feel the Riviera Maya Adults Only was too clean cut. Had no Mexican personality and only offered breakfast and lunch buffet. Had to make reservations at the restaurants if available or go to the other properties for dinner buffet."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for seven days, six nights and I leave with a heavy heart; leaving such an extraordinary resort and wonderful experience. The views are beautiful, the food was delicious and the pool and beach were refreshing. The staff were so lovely they made you feel like family. Special shoutout to Angeles who made me feel so cared for. I would 100% recommend this resort to everyone because you will experience true luxury and care during your stay. Absolutely marrvelous experience."

"I had a fantastic day celebrating my 25th birthday here. The place is spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The room layout was spa like and gorgeous for pictures. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll be disappointed. The main-floor bar closes at around 11 PM, and the sports bar is usually empty. On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good."
