Beach - 30 feet water to door - kayaks, paddleboards, water shoes, etc. kayaked each day, and always got equipment - BEST place overall was 2 hammocks at end of the pier! Maintenance - many other properties have 'sargasso' problems - thick, smelly, decaying seaweed - Casa Altamar shovels and removes sargasso daily to keep beach clean - similar diligence cleaning bird poop off pier, vs other nearby...
