"We found a lot of interesting street food in this area, all of it was excellent, the apartment was small but it served its purpose very well for my family to visit, it had an air conditioner and n every bedroom so that was nice, it had a washing machine and a big refrigerator. Once my flight landed I was unable to reach the property by phone and received a message saying that my reservation was cancelled. The message was sent to WhatsApp and I was walking HCMC at midnight searching for a new hotel with language barriers. Horrible experience and with such a late same day notice the property should have made accommodations instead. "

We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked. When I mentioned this to the agent (via translator) she said that they have no control over what images are shown. That’s factually untrue and just a cop...
