โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โWith all of the amenities provided, it was almost as convenient as being at home. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be no problem at all. If anything, it was great that we could walk to so many restaurants nearby. We have another Cleveland trip in a couple of months, and we plan to stay here again. โ
โThe staff was great from check-in to check-out. And the evening cocktails were an unexpected treat! The hotel may be in a very old building, but it is clean & very stylish. We stayed at 3 hotels in 4 nights going to a wedding in west NY and the Drury was our favorite by far! โ
โVery charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had.โ
โEasy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotelโ
