โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โI loved the location; in the heart of the city. The apartment was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was expensive but very convenient and safe. โ
โIt was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didnโt use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

โOur stay at the Drury Inn was excellent! The manager Charles went above and beyond to accommodate us and we truly appreciated him! Will be back to the Drury Inn again if we return to the Cleveland area. โ
โWe left Cleveland 40 years ago. I liked the fact that the city is walkable and tourist friendly with many attractions and good restaurants. We especially enjoyed staying at the Hyatt in the historical Arcade.โ
