“도착해서 리셉션 스탭들이 엄청 친절하게 도와주고 3시 체크인이지만 방이 준비되는대로 바로 입실시켜줬다. 내부 시설 너무 쾌적하고 넓으며 바다가 보이는 경치도 상당히 좋았다. 웰컴드링크도 달달하고 시원해서 기분전환이 되었고 음식또한 매한가지 맛있었다. 햄버거와 튀김우동을 시켰는데 한국인의 입맛에 어찌 그리 잘맞췄는지.. 수영장또한 4곳으로 나눠져있어서 자유롭게 놀기에 너무 편했고 오랜만에 사람 눈치 안보고 자유를 만끽했다. 조식서비스도 배부르고 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 커피한잔 챙겨주는 서비스또한 친절하게 느껴져서 아침부터 기분이 좋았다. 전체적으로 디스할게 없는 호텔이었다. ”

“It was very great to stay with my family. The hotel is connected with beach and most of the customers are very nice and come with their family.
I felt very safe and comfortable. I want to give special thanks to Mori who helped us communication between Korean and English, because of her we could stay more comfortable and I guess I will find this hotel next time again. ”
"Maybe because of the on-and-off rain, there was a bit of a musty, damp smell in the room. It would be great if travel-sized candles or incense were available. The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were kind and friendly. I also joined the yoga and sound healing classes — the instructors were really warm and welcoming.
I made a mistake with my reservation, but you kindly accommodated all my requests — thank you so much! Thanks to Indigo Hotel, I was able to end my trip on a happy note. I’d love to come back to Bali again because of you!"
