"Everything about the stay was first class. We checked in early and and our room was ready. McKenzie was friendly and very helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and beautifully maintained. We frequented the bar downstairs each night of our stay and were treated like royalty by our host Bryce and by our servers Kabin and Anton. To sum up, our stay was outstanding and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Francisco,"

"We booked this hotel due to the proximity to my son’s university, and based on reviews. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The valet guys all super helpful as well. We arrived at 11pm and the gentleman was quick to help us move the boxes from the bed of the truck into the inside of the truck. We had a lot of boxes for my son’s dorm. We received a free bottle of wine plus two drink tickets. The only down side was that the restaurant closed early. But it’s ok… I loved the lobby area, the library area was super relaxing as well."

"Great hotel - super clean, but felt like the room was a little outdated. Housekeeping was wonderful and thorough. This is only personal preference, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable as well. And just one last minor request - include paper and pens in your rooms please. :)"

"Love the location and the rooms are very nice. Can be noisy from guests above ,if you are on a lower floor. The food at breakfast is wonderful and plentiful but having to wait in line to get in was not fun. Always crowded and noisy. Wish they would give you complimentary coffee while you wait!"
