"Very conveniently located boutique hotel (1 block away from 23rd St Station of NYC green subway line 6. Spacious family room with 2 queen beds and large bathroom. Daily 2 bottled water in room and continental breakfast with fresh fruits were nice amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful (able to store our luggage after we check out). We will come back to stay here the next time we return to NYC."

"A little strange that the lobby is on the 7th floor, fun vacation vibe throughout the whole property, clean but very small rooms. Extremely comfortable beds I loved everything about it except lobby bar only opens at 3:00, the 32nd floor bar only opens at 4:00, the pool is open from 10:00-4:30, these hours ruin the vacation mood. They need to be more flexible., bars should open at noon and the pools closing hours should be extended to 9:00pm"

"This was my third time to stay at the Park Central. I love how easy it is to get around to a lot of places from there! There’s a subway station right around the corner, plenty of places to eat, and it’s only a short walk to Times Square! The staff is always so nice, the rooms are very clean, and this time I think they waived the resort fees! 10/10 would stay here again. "

"The room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room had a broken mirrored door and the bath/shower kept clogging. But these are all fixable things. Unfortunately our neighbours were smoking weed so them stench of that was not ideal, especially with a teenager who has severe asthma, but this is not a reflection on the hotel. Shower gel shampoo and conditioner was provided. Hairdryer provided. No hot drink facilities which was the only disappointing part for me. There is no fridge but there is an ice bucket with an ice machine on the floor to fill and keep drinks cool. There is a deli across the street which sell coffee for $2.50 so again, not a huge concern. The property is in an EXCELLENT location. I would 100% stay again. "
