“Hôtel de qualité, piscine, très agréable et accessible aux enfants. Il s’agit vraiment d’un lieu tout en un où l’on retrouve l’ensemble des commodités et services d’urgence nécessaires sans avoir nécessairement à sortir du complexe.”

“Upon arrival everything seemed really beautiful. No welcome drink but otherwise everyone seemed helpful. We checked in and the guy asked for a tip, and he would upgrade us to a family suite with bunk beds. The first night I was surprised to see that the game room was not included in the all-inclusive like other resorts, and the games were not cheap. I was also very disappointed in the buffet and the lack of air conditioning. Half the buffet seemed closed with very poor service. I was never...

“사람들은 친절했고 시설도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았습니다 다만 몇몇 서비스가 서툰 직원들이 있었고 해변 모래 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다 그리고 이탈리안레스토랑과 아시안레스토랑은 좀 더 메뉴 개발이 필요합니다”

“The property was a great vibe we was visiting for my husband's birthday and he really enjoyed himself”

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“Good food, clean environment, nice staff”

“La comida 4/10”

“Short stay but a great stay, food choices were excellent and had a really pleasant dining room staff who ran me down to return my phones that I had left at my seat”

“Great experience. Lots to keep you busy or a calm pool area if you just need to chill. Restaurants were great and a big variety to choose from. Stayed at the Royal East and that was pretty central. Casino was fun.”

“Overall, We had a wonderful experience at Ocean Coral Springs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.”

“Staff excellent service , wish more variety and choices for buffet restaurant .”

“Food was just ok, but typical for an all inclusive. Drinks were great. Swim out room was amazing. Staff was incredible. Drivers were very friendly.”

“Everyone was so nice, pleasant, and willing to help. I think overall the property is well maintained. However, there is a lot that can be improved upon. To be honest, for it to be an Adult only resort there was nothing to do. All restaurants and amenities were on the Coral Springs side (family side). Therefore, I probably would not stay at this resort again. It definitely isn't much to do.”

“my husband and I both were contaminated with ecoli.”
