"We enjoyed our stay but the bars are under construction, we were told they would be completed at the end of the month so that is exciting for next time, we enjoy this historic landmark. We had a little mishap at check in but they did get it fixed for us so we are pleased with their help. We will be back!"

"I liked the appearance of the lobby, the number of staff and their consistant politeness. The only objection is that expedia had said that all charges were included in their pricing and I was charged an extra $100 upon leaving as a standard Chicago fee. This is not correct name but the fee did not apply to any service used or contracted for, any purchase made and was not explained at check-in but was withheld on credit card. This fee was not included by hotel on expedia when they showed all...

"Staff was great, clean rooms and good service. Breakfast need some more variety especially on the weekends."

"Chose location so we could go to Cubs game. Walked there and back. Parking was seperate from property but close enough. Funny thing the bathroom layout loved the ability to step in shower and laughed at the fact the tub in bathroom also had shower handle. only complaint was one long dark hair on the tub area. we both have short hair. Happens but cleaners may want to check closer."
