"I've really enjoyed my stayed at the resort , the only thing I didn't like was that people were smoking everywhere instead of one designated area . There's beautiful seating area and they can smoke there too . I don't smoke , so I hated that if I've knew this I've would have went to another resort . The stuff is very friendly and helpful . "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
