“It was nice. Didn’t care for the room as it was next to an alley with dumpsters. Especially after paying $550 a night. Didn’t realize there was also a resort fee of $70 a night on top of that. Nice hotel though…”

“I loved everything about our stay. Our room was beautiful, quiet, private. I thought the entire staff was very friendly. Drinks were good, food was pretty good. I only wish i had stayed longer to enjoy some of the activities the resort offers.”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. ”

“The balcony room was clean and worth the upgrade. The resort is smaller, but we liked that about it. It was easy to just pop up to the hotel room if we needed to grab something. It also seemed less crowded. The pools were nice and not overly crowded...just cold. Great selection of dining. I wish there was a swim up bar or another outdoor bar. ”

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“Rooms are thoughtfully designed. Had a conjoined rooms providing privacy for parents with teenage kids. Plenty of activities during the day.. the only let down was transportation to the hotel was not reviewed 48hours in advance and we ended paying for our own transportation. Coating us $60 as opposed to $100 for something that really costs #30 for a return trip. Besides this letdown the hotel was great and would certainly go back”

“The food in the was just average and didn't have much taste. Didn't restock fruit on the buffet. Music at pool by water was way too loud and vulger. Should light the pools at night. ”
