“Earl was the highlight of our stay! The trip started off a bit frustrating but Earl was determined to change my experience. He was extremely empathetic, he was kind! He was so professional & accommodating. He ensured we were taken care of and checked in on us often. We had the most amazing time with our butler Andres who was also amazing and such a fun time! “For perspective on this review, I've stayed at roughly 20 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Family getaway for 4 adults May 16-19 2024. We chose this particular resort because of their on-site scuba facility (more on this later). The resort itself is very nice. Property is a bit older, but well maintained and kept clean.
