“Friendly staff”

“The property was very well maintained. Rooms were very good size. The food was great. The staff was awesome from Luddy, Pedro & David at See & Sea, to Amelia at French restaurant, jesus Anthony, at breakfast Buffett & Niel at Italian. All the staff made our stay excellent! ”

“Staff is very friendly, it is clean, services are exellent, the only thing I did not like it is not so good condition under the water on the beach - a lot of grass, otherwise everything is excellent.”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”
