"Great front desk staff. She got us into our room before noon which was perfect. She sent up robes for my kids and they also sent up chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter’s birthday. Overall great experience. "

"We were in town for a few Blue Jays games. Found that the hotels location was perfect. Only about a 15 min walk to most of our destinations. Hotel was great! Pool, and work out room were awesome! Really enjoyed our long weekend in town at the Sheraton."

"Out the door and to the left and your in Times Square or at a subway stop. Easy to walk to any Broadway play or Central Park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good coffee in the room, nice beds, and this doesn't happen very often but there is makeup service (make the bed, change towles etc) each day. So nice to be at a full service hotel in Manhattan."
