“We loved our vacation here! Had the best time! wonderful place!! the beach, the resort, the food .. amazing!”

“Nice place I really enjoyed the my stay there”

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“The trip was good but it needs a little upgrade and so paint here and there but the food was on point the staff was very helpful we only encountered a couple incidents one was the tv in the room didn’t work at all and room service was slow and food was cold and not cooked to perfection and also we were mislead they told us a status we would have but was not correct a bummer”

“The friendly staff…. From checking in to checking out. Georgia and Angie at the front desk, Martha’s restaurant Michaela, the concierge Marlon, my housekeeper, overall everyone we encountered was just fabulous. Big shout out to the names I forget. Arlene”

“Very clean property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the restaurant Carna. Service was awful. Had to ask for refills several times throughout our meal (2 of us had nothing to drink while we were eating). For what you pay, I shouldn’t have to ask for refills of water or anything for that matter.”

“Food was not up to par”

“Staff excellent service , wish more variety and choices for buffet restaurant .”

“Beautiful resort and everyone was beyond friendly”

“I absolutely love this resort, the staff the food the entertainment. Pool could be worked on a little bit missing tiles, rooms also need very minor repairs like light switch and toilet paper holders but other than that this resort is perfect. Very big, so many food options the pool and beach rock. Great resort, adult side is small so be ready to go over to the adult side.”

“Inolvidable”
