"The place is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit tight. We were quite disappointed upon arrival that there was no staff at reception around 5 pm. We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. After a few sentences telling us our room location and breakfast time the staff went off behind a closed door. No help was given to manage our luggage up the stairs. We tried to charge our EV in the car park then found out from the...

JEJU Doldam B&B
2.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (18)
"We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The family room was small and the beds are on the firmer side. It was uncomfortable for us and we woke up stiff every morning. There are some restaurants in the village but you need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. Nice place if you are looking for a quiet and secluded stay. "

Jeju Jubilee Pension
2.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (24)
"Its a newer building. maybe few years old. The location is in a really boonie quiet place. If you aren't specifically looking for an area at Jeju island, from experience it is better to get a place at seowgipo or near jeju city. Everything was ok, the staff is friendly, but they don't provide drinking water. Not even 2 bottles per day where we noticed this was the norm for any korean hotels/pension and no kleenex / tissue paper for the customers."

Jeju Jungmun Village
2.0 star property
6.8 out of 10, (25)
"When I booked this hotel, it appeared from the map that it was a long, but reasonable walk to the conference center using a route through what looked like a park of some kind. Wrong. It is not a reasonable walk, and there is no obvious shortcut. However, it is an inexpensive taxi ride (about 5000 won) and I found that the owners/managers provided rides in the morning for a group going to the same conference. Nice! The hotel is not upscale, but then again, the cost isn't upscale either. I found...
