“We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, our room was ready, we arrived almost two hours before the standard check-in time. The staff upgraded us to a bay-view room, explaining that the room we originally booked had a water leak. While we appreciated the upgrade, it seemed like the room was not fully ready for guests. The closet was missing its door, and the bathroom did not have a ventilation fan to remove the steam...

“Just like everyone said, this hotel is a really great option to choose if you love the beach. The interior of the room was actually fine considering that it is 3 star hotel. Although tiny problem was there, the temperature of water sometimes suddenly gets cold when you take a shower but warm water quickly comes back in like 2 seconds. The hotel was nice but their late check out policy has to be IMPROVE since they only gave an extra hour for IHG member. It was there just to make sure they have a...
