Riviera Maya, Mexico hotel rooms at the Independent

"We never made it to Mexico because of my husband severe PTSD episode. We contact the hotel to ask if we could change the dates we never heard something back from them. Very disappointed we never would book that hotel again."

"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."
