"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Adventuras Riviera Maya for a Christmas vacation. We were treated very well and, even better, we were considered “preferred quests” with access to special areas of the resort with some extra perks. From the time we arrived to our departure, the staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and overall delightful to interact with. The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurants were tastefully decorated with wonderful staff. The pools and hot tub were also well maintained. I recommend the hydro-therapy session in the spa and the Italian restaurant “Portofino.” I would highly recommend this resort in Maya Riviera the next time you visit Mexico. Special shout-out to our arrival agent Hernandez and our snorkeling trip advisor Victoria. In general, everyone is a pleasure to have met."

"Great amenities (multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, multiple separated areas for families, kids, and adults only, etc.) , very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of foods and beverages, good entertainment, and beautiful beaches. Convenient mini bank in the lobby, as well as a travel agency, pharmacy and gift shops. The suite was very nice and comfortable, although it had a musty smell that lasted throughout our entire stay. That was the only negative. Overall, fantastic experience e definitely recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay at Grand Sirenis! Everything was clean, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. With all the different pools, courts, archery, biking and snorkeling there is no way you can be bored. The ocean was lovely and all the animals on the resort were a joy! " 100% satisfied at TRS Yucatan. It is a very nice all inclusive resort. We enjoyed lots of restaurant options there. Our favorite was Helios for every meal: breakfast, lunch and dinner. TRS Yucatan has great teams! I want to mention team members who were above & beyond! Gabriela at Helios&Capricho receptions - she remembered my allergy whenever she saw us at restaurants. Martha at Helios for breakfast&lunch - she remembered what we had from our first day! George at Capricho for dinner Antonio at La Bohem for dinner Erik at lobby help us check in smoothly David at Sport center who was our archery&rifle teacher. I highly recommend both archery and rifle classes. We had such a great time! Mafer&Maykent who were our butlers are the MVP! We could enjoy every moment with their help. Last but not least, the bell boy team. I wish I memorized their names but everyone was amazing. I truly appreciate everyone we met at TRS Yucatan for their professionalism, kindness, and caring."
