Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

"The Hilton Riveria Maya is the best. The staff is very professional and kind. Shout out to Jorge at the front desk. He upgrade us to Eclave and our room and experience made the trip. Bartenders and special pool and beach access was incredible. Pilates with visiting instructor, Arlene was a wonderful way to start the day. Also, shout out to Jesus and Eilene with guest services for bike tour and painting class by the beach. I can’t leave out the amazing views, clean beach, all access coffee bar, and overall service. I highly recommend it. I will return."

Barceló Maya Palace - All Inclusive

"We have stayed at the Barcelo Palace resort for the last 15+ years. The resort is very well maintained and the Palace pool is the largest I have ever seen in person. You never feel crowded as there is a lot of space to move around between the swim up bar, bubbler, and lounging cabanas. Our rooms are always clean and the air conditioning works wonderfully. Keep in mind this is a large resort and some rooms are a long walk to the buffet and pool areas. On our last trip this past July, we realized they no longer have irons in the room. For some this may not matter but for those that it does, bring along a travel iron. I also noticed wash cloths are not given unless asked for. Not a major concern but still a bit odd they are not automatically included. Our only 'challenge' was making reservations for a la carte restaurants. It was difficult to make a reservations for a time earlier than 9:30pm in certain restaurants and others were not available the entire week. We made it work and do not have an issue with the buffets so it did not spoil our trip. Overall, my family loves this resort. We go every other year and always have a more positive than negative experience. The beach is absolutely beautiful! Seaweed is hit or miss but that is not the resort's fault. They do a wonderful job to clean as much as possible. Definitely give it a chance, you will love it!"

"O quarto é bom arrumaram a ducha que estava ruim, mas resolveram. A TV que todo dia parava de funcionar. O pessoal que não é muito simpático e não demonstram interesse em entender e ajudar. De forma geral todas as instituições são boas."
