TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This was our first time at the TRS adult only resort and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing and helpful not to mention friendly. We stayed in the Romance Bungalows which were each separate buildings with their own entrance, patio overlooking the canal. We had our own lounge chair and hammock and a canoe. The outdoor shower was an amenity I’d never experienced before so that was really cool. We had room service every day with a butler at our access anytime we needed something. We even had turn down service for our bed. We became very spoiled after 10 days. The butler service helped make our dinner reservations so we didn’t have to call each restaurant ourselves. The choice of restaurants was vast and delicious. The Chic Cabaret show and the Bravo show were so fun and entertaining. The room service was impeccable and came within an hour of ordering it. There were plenty of pools to choose from. We even found the secret pool. There were flamingos, iguanas, fish, lizards, raccoons, coati’s and even spider monkeys. The property is huge with their four different hotels but the electric golf carts to get us around made it simple and handy when we didn’t want to walk in the heat. This entire property was so beautiful and the view of the ocean from the infinity pool was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place and we will be visiting it again in the future."

"The hotel is very large, beautiful, and has a lot to offer, especially for families with children. However, our experience was somewhat disappointing because many of the activities and amenities shown in the photos and videos come with an additional cost. Several of the children’s attractions require extra payment, including the go-karts, water park, nightclub, bowling, and other activities. We were not expecting so many additional charges, especially because these amenities are heavily featured in the hotel’s advertising and promotional materials. Another disappointment was the quality of the alcoholic drinks. The margaritas and piña coladas served at the pool were extremely sweet and tasted mostly like syrup, with very little or almost no alcohol. If you wanted a stronger drink, you were told that you needed a VIP wristband. This was frustrating, especially considering that the hotel is advertised as an all-inclusive resort. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was wonderful and very attentive, and the front desk staff was also kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we did have a different experience with some of the waiters at the specialty restaurants, who came across as quite abrupt and unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel is nice, spacious, and has beautiful facilities, but for us, the additional costs took away from the experience. We have stayed at other resorts with very similar amenities and comparable prices, but without having to pay extra for so many activities."

"Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!"
