"This resort does NOT welcome expedia customers! This resort classifies expedia members by providing a bright yellow bracelets to expedia members! Once emplyees sees the bright yellow bracelets they ignored us and give priority to their members! They also give expedia members ripped dirty beach towels, corner rooms with stained floors , mold in the showers, no drawers in bedroom, as they give priority to members when it comes to restaurant reservations, expedia members dont get the chance to eat at their various restaurants because they are always booked according to the resort. The resort is high on requesting tips for everything.if ypu dont tip dont expect to get drinks on time, angel at the pool bar refused to add chili powder to one of my drinks but to members of the resort it was okay ! I do not recommended this hotel to anyone safe your money for a better more welcoming resort who really care about their customers as a whole including expedia members ! Avoid feeling like an outcast from the treatment from Employees starting with people at the reception!! "
