Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities. I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were. If I ever visit again, I would definitely want to stay at TRS YUCATAN.”

“Great staff. All very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Family Selection with swim up. Family selection is the only way to go if you have kids. The rooms were clean. Included butler was awesome. Allowed you to book dinners at a la carte easily. Beach is good, but not amazing. Nice sand, but a little rocky walking out. Pools are nice. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Plenty of variety. Nobody got sick. We had a 13 year old and 9 year old. Kept them busy. Highly recommend. ”

The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request.
