From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My stay and comfort mattered to them. The breakfast was plentiful and my room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants etc nearby. Upon check out, I was spoken to by one of the mangers who knew I had also stayed in Hanoi. The staff took the time to understand my needs and my trip and this meant a lot to me. It made me feel like a guest and not a number. I will forever remember my time in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these hotels to anyone. "This hotel was in a great area full of restaurants and night life. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool area was brilliant & afternoon tea was a lovely bonus! Our room ( junior suite) was spacious & had a bath ( with a retractable shower head in it) so if you cannot step into a bath, make sure you book a room type where there is a shower.
