"Check in was fast and staff was helpful and spoke English. Rooms were clean with a big soaking tub ( especially after a long day of walking!) and had great amenities, including a public bath and self service laundry in the basement. Fantastic location in the middle of Ginza, close to 3 metro lines, walkable to shopping and food. Narita limousine bus drop on/off is across the street. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!"

"The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the room is a decent size. Although it is close to the train tracks, we did not hear any noise during our stay. There are many dining options located in the same building and along the same street. The hotel is conveniently close to Ginza Metro Station, and a taxi to Haneda Airport costs about 8,000 JPY. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor and offers a nice view. The food selection is acceptable, though I wish there were more fruit options available."
