"Hotels is a disaster. Redes to close. Second night, came at 22:00 to the room and was dirty. Called reception and they said they can’t clean the room and I need to sleep as it is until tomorrow. Asked for a change of room and then unprofessional recepción clerk said it’s not possible. As last recourse I asked for my money back eland they denied to do it. It’s a chain of hotels that should not behave this way. It’s evident that the quality of people working I. The hotel is not prepared and not competent as needed. "Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."
