"The rooms were great and very clean and comfortable beds. We rented a cabana. The staff was very, very slow. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks a few times. They ran out of a lot of alcohol. They were not serving food. We arrived on a Saturday. We went to a restaurant at the property. The food was great, but the service was extremely slow. It took us over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and then over 35 minutes to get our food. There’s an opportunity for them to improve on their speed of service and the empathy from their staff for the lack of service. Everyone else in the casinos and in the bar they were amazing. Half the elevators did not work and several times we had to wait 15-20 mins. That was very annoying."
