"The staff at front desk horrible waited for my "reserved" room for over 1hr still had to wait for them to find one staff kept leaving the front desk unattended. Waiting for luggage was horrible. To check out I had to make another 40 min wait line unbelievable just to check out. They charge me a $200 deposit fee that I wasn't aware of. Everyone I encountered at the line was having the worst time ever. I called for late checkout because I got sick on my trip I needed extra sleep and they still came to knock to my door. Honestly the room was okay but the wait the staff horrible wouldn't book again. Worst experience."

"Great place for families!! We arrived before the check-in time with 4 kids. Front desk staff was very friendly and they allowed us to use the pool area while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was ready quickly and was spotless, spacious and perfect for a large family. We only needed to stay one night for an early flight out so did not need to use the kitchen or laundry but I would definitely stay here for a longer trip after seeing the room! Quick access to the airport in the morning. "

"Hotel was nice and clean and staff was great INSIDE the casion/hotel. The poll is another. Paid 200 for a day bed, Received all of 50 mintues of pool time while they closed 1 pool down with 6 life guards for 3 stands. Instead of using the other 3 to fill the other pools stands and open the second pool. The entire place had to stand around and have a whistle blown at them. I am a local and found the palms amazing but when I say this has changed my opinion would be an understatement."

"As soon as we entered our room we were hit with the smell of smoke, which isnt pleasant at all. I had to ask the hotel maid if she had febreeze to spray the room with. After settling we realized the room was roach infested. they were coming out of every crack in the wall, mainly in the restroom by the toilet it was every unsettling. there were outlets hanging half on, our smoke detector was covered in plastic. staff was nice but due to the concert there were no options to switch rooms . "

"Kitchenette came with 2 each of flatware (knife/fork/spoon) only. Staff forgot to bring pillow/blanket requested and had to call to re-request. NO HOT WATER in the shower. Luke warm at best all 4 days at different times. Hotels.com had wrong pics showing living room for studio unit amd STATED separate bedroom in ad. Vompletely false and no upgrades available at hotel since booked thru 3rd party."
