"Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The parking was easy but having to scan a QR code to pay for parking separately was inconvenient. The room was clean but had a very strong “air freshener” smell. We had booked a king room and upon check in we were told we would be in a 2 queen bed room. They said because we booked through a third party (Expedia), our room choice that we booked was not guaranteed. There was no mention of this when we booked the room. We have never had this issue before and book through Expedia for all of our trips. We were very disappointed."

"Love the room and wish you could choose bathtub when reserving. Also do not understand why there is a resort fee when not on property due to one day delay in flights and when checking out early. Best food at Ondori Asian kitchen with the friendliest staff and the best food. Baiiwick has gone down in service and food. Copper Wisk Cafe needs was okay but short of staff if eating early. Overall enjoy staying at the casion/hotel."
