"Check-in and check-out were very easy thru kiosk and TV. Room was nice, obviously some upgrades were ongoing in the hotel. One elevator wasn't liking our floor which made for some silly fun- knowing upgrades were in progress we just rolled with it. Would have preferred to have even a micro fridge and coffee maker. Charging port on lamp was not functioning. Food from each location we tried was good. (3 canteen spots, Dim Sum, Luckley's and Korean BBQ). Pool closed very early for such a hot time of year."

"I like the fact that when I entered the room after check-in, there was a welcome message on the TV with my name. The shower was also good. The water pressure was good and it was easy to use. didn’t care for the pillows, they were too firm. It would’ve been nice if there were extra pillows in the closet that I could switch out to."
