"Our first time in Venice and we couldn’t find many options but Hyatt is a great hotel we had used before in other countries. Murano is very accessible using the Vaporetto, that we bought for $25 or so per person for 24 hrs. Hotel very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast is not included but same thing you can access anywhere, so, for us, special treatment as a guest, was a most and convenient to start moving around."

The room was perfect for a solo traveller and looked recently refresred. The bathroom required a bit of manoeuvring inside, but it is a historical building. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared, and the coffee was excellent. I would say that the room TV is probably less important than speedy broadband...
