“Our stay at the Serenade Adult side from June 3-11, 2026 was less than expected. I have to say the staff was super inviting and helpful. Unfortunately we had different incidents where we had roaches in our room, we saw some in the gym, the food serving areas (buffet) and the signature restaurant (hibachi). Very disheartening and cleanliness is an absolute must on vacation. Again staff was great but I would not stay at Serenade again.”

“Thank you for the amazing vacation for our family! This was seriously one our most memorable vacations ever (and we travel at least 2/3 times a year for the past 20 years). The hotel was spectacular, our suites very comfortable, the restaurants diverse and high quality as well as the drinks. But the best part was the staff: Daniela and Felix by the private pool area made every day absolutely amazing! We are definitely coming back… thank you for all the beautiful memories!”

“My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!”
