“We stayed in the Royal at Atlantis. Room was very clean and relatively updated. The aqua park is so much fun (even as adults) and pools amazing. We used the newly renovated spa. Still had some things needed to be done. Would have liked if the spa had their own pool for spa guests to enjoy as well as a hottub area especially for the cost. Loved our stay but pricey”

“Mucho cuidado con la comida , mi esposo termino con poison food en el hospital. Lo cual no supieron como manejar los profesionales de salud en el mismo hotel. Con el fin de enviaron a su hospital de emergencias , donde también son dueños para pasar facturas mas altas .”

“This was probably the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. We received almost no explanation when we arrived, including how restaurant reservations worked. We had to go to the lobby every day to book a restaurant, and because only ONE restaurant was open per day, reservations filled up extremely fast. “I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. “The property is definitely beautiful and worth a stay. That being said, as soon as we arrived we were hounded for upgrading and just as soon as the staff realized we were there to stay for what we had booked and already paid for, we were never offered anything again from staff. It was disappointing to say the least after the amount of money that we had already spent.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay. Most of the time we were at the adult pool with activities starting at 3. They need more umbrellas for the beach area. It was plenty of places to sit but not enough shade for that heat. Entertainment at night was excellent. It’s a small resort, but cozy. You must meat The entertainment staff very friendly and funny.
