“Beautiful resort with very clean rooms, great pools, and friendly staff. The property felt relaxing and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Food options and entertainment were also very enjoyable. Only minor downside was that some areas could get busy during peak hours, but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.”

“With the exception of the room service team which took my order then send an email confirming delivery of said order, whilst not actually delivering the order (Resulting in me waiting around for no reason) the resort was good. Omar from the front desk was exceptional at his job and was extremely professional event with large groups processing for check in.”

“Margaritaville is always a great place to stay. As it is a cruise ship port, all the stores in the area around the resort shut down at 5:00pm when the ships leave. There are few restaurants and bars outside the resort. The lazy river was enjoyable, but they only had about 8 tubes for guests to share, which I thought was quite unfortunate, leaving the majority of guests to just walk the lazy river. The views and beach are stunning.”

“Overall, enjoyed our stay. We booked a privilege swim out and enjoyed our stay. Our “butlers” were awesome. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The pools (main and swim outs) had lots of missing tiles, but I’m sure it’s a huge project to remedy that. Two main dislikes: 1. The open smoking of marijuana and tobacco products EVERYWHERE! It was being done in the main pool and surrounding areas constantly, on balconies, etc. The resort really should limit all smoking to designated...

The resort looks beautiful, and the rooms photograph nicely, but beyond the aesthetics, the experience was disappointing.
