“I loved the resort and it's amenities. The only issue I think would really help this resort is changing the staff. The customer service there was ready to be argumentative. The drinks were never served in a timely manner. I would get my drink instead of waiting for them to bring me my drink, because I would finish my entire meal before they would bring me a drink. Great resort the only issue is the staff there.”

“My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. The food was awful except for the Hibachi,...

“The staff was amazing! Entertainment was on point. The pools were great and the beach was nice. It’s likely just all inclusive food but after 2 days it felt repetitive and boring. Otherwise, it was a great stay.”

“This was our first time staying at Eden Bay. It was amazing! Staff and amenities were fantastic. The beach is a little rocky, but there were little pockets where the water was enjoyable. If the beach isn’t your thing, the pool offers ample space for relaxing. The food was on point; we particularly enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and at Sugar Cane. We will be back!”

“The resort is super nice with slides and a lazy river. Nice large clean rooms. Didn’t like use of glass bottles around the pool area. The JWB restaurant was good, food elsewhere is decent. The staff were average mostly with a few exceptions. The 4th floor Infiniti pool has great views, spa and surrounding waterfall needs a facelift. Could do with some evening entertainment other than just the weekend. I Wanted to like it more, but was missing something to make it special.”

“The resort was beautiful, clean, and fun. We traveled with our 17 and 19 year old sons, and the resort provided endless fun and relaxation for all of us. The view, pools and beach were great! Enjoyed the food at the buffet and specialty restaurants, as well as the jerk chicken for lunch at the pool/beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Vanessa, our housekeeper. She was exceptional and made our stay even more amazing with her kindness! Plenty to do at the resort and many things...
