“Room clean bar ok no alcohol good”

“Good is horrible. The staff at one of the restaurants was a complete nightmare and they should not be working there. The security guards are the rudest people in any country. I will not return. The sales people for the excursions do not give all the details and the island tour is extremely dangerous with jumping from boat to boat in large swells. The fishing boats are not the same ones they send photos of. Overall I do not recommend this trip!”

“Room was always clean, as well at the resort grounds were also pretty clean. The food not the best it does the job but if you love food it’s probably not for you. Staff were super friendly and helpful. When we went to the beach we were bombarded by people selling things couldn’t really relax. DO NOT BUY EXCURSIONS FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE BEACH. We did a couple from the guys on the beach and were let down every time. Overall our stay was pretty good and overall happy with our trip.”

“Felt like a Vegas hotel, without the cigarette smoke. It is basically like a mega resort. Nothing personal or intimate about it. Paying close to $100 a day in resort fees, one might think that would include a morning yoga class or time on the pickle ball courts. It did not.
