“It’s not the first time I stay at the Punta Cana resort but the third time. Everything was amazing but the food is not as good as last year … most of the food was to bland not enough flavor. Hopefully when I go back they’ll have modified the food flavors to a better taste.”

“5 days at the Royal. Everything was excellent except the afternoon Security guards treating like crap as you returned to your suite. Dining was hit or miss. Best restaurants would serve one great meal and a second you couldn't eat . Loved the water park. Beach was overcrowded with locals trying to rent you a jet ski.”

“Customer service is top of the line! I wanted to change my room type and when they had an opening, they contacted me and I was able to change smoothly. I enjoyed my swimout and the food was excellent. My family truly enjoyed our time in Jamaica!”

“Very disappointing stay. Our first room became a serious safety issue when we were locked inside for nearly an hour because the door malfunctioned. We repeatedly called the front desk, but no one answered, and we had to call for help from the balcony. We were then moved twice first to another room with a damaged door, and finally to a dirty room with unclean sheets. The lack of customer service made everything worse. “Our first day was a nightmare, we had a room on the first floor that had sewage problem, room stinks, I did not want to complain but my husband was right everything in the room was so bad. Then we were told we had to Wait until the next day between 3-5 for a room switch. In the mean time we had to move all our belongings to a family room. That was a really bad experience, I hope the fix they fix the problem in that room so someone else does not experience the same problem. I need to know how...
