"Whilst a busy hotel on Times Square, the standard of service was good. Rooms were spacious and clean with great aircon. Staff were helpful (albeit a bit short staffed in the main bar area). Food was very expensive (as is New York). Overall a good experience."

"Excellent as per usual. 4th year in a row and it’s very nice. Some of the rooms need updated like carpet and showers for sure. "

"They are under renovation so the lobby area is a bit crazy busy. That said they are really doing the best job managing things. We loved our stay. "

"I love their attempt to keep the hotel in a 1920-30s time capsule, however having a mini fridge would be convenient for storing restaurant leftovers, snacks, etc. "

"Very conveniently located at the heart of Manhattan, within walkable distance to Time's square but surprisingly quiet at night, we slept very well during our stay."

"We asked for a quiet room and they moved our accommodations to the higher floor. The room was good size with all the amenities needed"
