"STUNNING property with the Hakone Ropeway right at its doorstep. We stopped here for a couple of days of rest & relaxation after spending 5 days in Tokyo, and boy did we love every minute of it. From the serene lobby, the outdoor foot soak overlooking the lake and mountains, to the luxury awaiting us in our room (which included a private open air bath). Honestly, we could not have asked for more. A great little spot to unwind in the midst of a busy vacation!"
"We booked a double bed private onsen room with this exceptional hotel. Their service and attention to detail, while offering free snacks and drinks at Michelin level together with their Japaneses and Western styled breakfasts was second to none and outstanding.
I highly recommend this hotel and the spa where we booked a full body, head and feet massage. One of the best massages in a long time.
The staff are very attentive and professional. The hotel is extremely clean and we would have loved to stay longer."

"One of the BEST stays of our entire Japan trip! I can't say enough about the view. One word of warning, we were incredibly fortunate to be on a second floor unit. The first floor units looked to be obscured by a wall, completely blocking the view. I don't know how you would be able to determine ahead of time what view you would get, but that would significantly impact your enjoyment. The foot bath and private Onsen made this a relaxing retreat."
"The hotel is very nice and the satff very helpful. It has stairs that you have to use to use to connect from on e tower to the other. The onsen is basic, it has only one pool and all the ammenities are in another floor ( it does. not male any sense)
We have sent our luggage and it was perfect!

"Came here for the second time, this time with a friend. Definitely enjoyed the public baths as well as Yunessun/Mori no Yu next door.
Recommend at least two nights to fully enjoy the scenery and the amenities at the hotel.
Staff were once again extremely nice whenever we had questions. Definitely would come again if I'm revisiting the area!"
