“Bhogaley, indian Cuisine is the best. The chef Mr Dayal Singh is excellent. The Italian place was horrible and not at all accommodating to our food allergies . Shame on them. Very disappointing staff. Overall good experience but unfortunately no one understands English well so hard to communicate. Staff seemed lazy. ”

“Overall it was a great stay, a bit overpriced and very crowded during the last week of March. One thing we really didn’t enjoy was the fight over pool chairs everyday. If you didn’t get up at 6 am and put items on chairs, or pay for a reserved chair, it was impossible to get a chair anywhere near any of the pools. My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. “Absolutely the best vacation i’ve ever been on! The people were amazing, it felt like home. Swim up bar was my spot, although they need more bartenders there due to the amount of people that are there but other than that, i will be returning soon!”

You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
