“Worst customer service, they said they will help but no one ever came to help. The waiters were borderline rude. Also, they gave us the wrong room, we booked a double bed but when we checked in, they said they don’t have any available. Like how is that possible if we have the reservation. The beddings also smell, like they weren’t dried properly. ”

“Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar is my most favorite place to stay while visiting Nassau. Definitely better than Atlantis. Property is beautiful, every staff member is amazing, especially housekeeping. Always saying "Good Morning" and working hard on keeping up with the rooms. I also love all the restaurant options offered a Baha Mar. I have never had a bad meal or experience. Pools are great and beach is too.”

“I had an okay stay here, largely thanks to the attentive and professional staff who really do their best to look after guests. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve the guest experience. The most disappointing aspect was the pool area. All of the pools seemed to lack proper filtration; the water was filled with particles and felt uncomfortably warm rather than refreshing. Additionally, many of the pool chairs were dirty. The showers by the beach and pool also suffered...

“The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean. The pool water was also clean and enjoyable. However, the service needs improvement. Some staff were not very welcoming, and I experienced long wait times to be served. The adult side buffet had limited options compared to the main one. The adult pool was very quiet and lacked energy, and overall the resort could use more entertainment. Overall, it’s a nice property, but better service and more options would improve...

“Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel.”
